ELBOW RECONSTRUCTION

 A 32-year-old male was involved in a road traffic accident, sustaining pain in the elbow. X-ray and CT scan revealed a complex intra-articular fracture of the distal humerus (AO type C3). The treatment involved


 reconstruction surgery of the elbow with perpendicular distal humerus plating. Range of motion exercises were started from day one. After the bone healed, the implant was removed. On a follow-up at 16 months, the patient achieved full range of motion.

Lumber Spine fracture L2



Pre op x ray



Young female patient with a history of schizophrenia and a recent suicide attempt, presenting with an L2 vertebrae fracture (AO type A3B2)on last Thursday . Successfully managed on same day with transpedicular screw fixation from L1 to L3.
Post Operatively patient is doing well with intact neurology

This 20-year-old female, with a history of Type 1 Diabetes, presented following a fall 2 days ago, resulting in considerable shoulder pain and limited range of motion.Radiographic assessment revealed a humeral head fracture with loss of the medial hinge. She was expertly managed with PHILLOS plating and strut bone grafting to restore both the structural integrity and functionality of the joint.

Follow-up (1.5 years later):

At her 1.5-year follow-up, the patient demonstrates remarkable recovery, exhibiting a full and unrestricted range of motion (ROM) in the affected shoulder. Radiographs confirm a solid, well-healed union, with no signs of complications. The patient reports an excellent functional outcome, having regained complete shoulder function with no lingering limitations

TOTAL KNEE ARTHROPLASTY [TKR]

 70 year female came with c/o knee pain for last 10 years underwent multiple intraarticular injections and conservative treatment was non responsive   x ray showed advanced osteoarthritis of both knee  was managed with total knee replacement. 

Post Operatively

patient started weight bearing from 1st day of surgery



Ilizarov with lengthening assembly




 37 year man presbeted with history of multiple surgeries failed with c/o inability to weight bear for last 4 years, pus discharge with wound and limb shortning x ray shows infected non union of paly type C3  was managed with wound wash margin freshning till paprica sign then ilizarov with lengthening assembly was applied










Immediate post op after 4 hours patient started full weight bearing 

After 3 month follow up
 

CAUDA EQUINA

 40 old female presented with c/o lower limb weakness for 3month and loss of bladder control for last 24hours  on mri there was a central disc with compression of spinal cord

She was managed with central laminectomy + disc excision  post operatively she is doing well 

L5 S1 CENTYRAL DISC CAUSING CAUDA EQUINA
